I was born in a rural village in Bangladesh. After secondary schooling, I went to Notre Dame College, then Bangladesh Agricultural University, Dhaka University, and the Commonwealth of Learning (COL).

During my first job at BRAC, I started online learning with the University of Maryland. The online learning journey has continued with Harvard University, MIT, University of Sydney, Case Western Reserve University, University of Toronto, Queensland University, Rutgers School of Management, University of Texas … and have learned diverse L&D, OD, and Strategic HRM principles, tools, and best practices for self, individual, team, and organization effectiveness.
I love learning and transformation.
My job is to use self as the instrument of change to take the collaborative change initiatives in terms of individual, team, and organizational levels to cope with and meet the needs of people and organizations in today's and tomorrow’s competitive and complex business and social world.
