Unity My Academy - Affiliate Legal Policy
Affiliates of Unity My Academy are individuals or companies that agree to promote Unity My Academy’s products and services in exchange for a commission. The ‘Commission’ or ‘Affiliate Commission’ refers to the amount payable to affiliates for each customer transaction completed via their affiliate link.
Affiliate Acceptance
By becoming an affiliate of Unity My Academy, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined in this Affiliate Legal Policy. Any violation or breach of these terms will result in the termination of the affiliate relationship between Unity My Academy and the affiliate.
Sales Commission Policy
In return for the promotional efforts of affiliates, Unity My Academy will pay a commission based on the net sales generated through the affiliate’s link. The commission structure is as follows:
- 20% commission for lifetime sales between BDT 0 and BDT 99,999.
- 21% commission for lifetime sales between BDT 99,999 and BDT 399,999.
- 22% commission for lifetime sales between BDT 399,999 and BDT 99,99999.
Bonus 3% Commission: If a user registers using an affiliate’s link but later makes a purchase directly from the Unity My Academy website or through another sales channel, the affiliate will be eligible for an additional 3% commission on the sale.
Unity My Academy reserves the right to revise commission rates at any time, with prior notice provided to affiliates.
Commission Payments
- Commissions will be disbursed three times per month.
- Payments will be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- A digital invoice will be issued within three days of each disbursement.
- Any remaining balance will be rolled over to the next commission cycle.
Commissions are not payable on any fraudulent or invalid transactions as determined by Unity My Academy.
Affiliate Sales Tracking (Cookies)
Unity My Academy tracks affiliate sales through cookies, subject to the following conditions:
- Cookies will track user activity for 30 days from the first click.
- The sale will be attributed to the affiliate whose link was last clicked by the user.
- If the user completes a purchase through a different sales channel (e.g., media buying or telesales), even if they clicked the affiliate’s link first, the sale will not be attributed to the affiliate.
Refund and Grievance Policy
If an affiliate believes their commission has not been credited, they must provide the following to claim the missing payment:
- Transaction ID.
- Customer name.
- Evidence such as screenshots or testimonials.
Unity My Academy reserves the right to deny commission claims if the evidence is found to be fraudulent
Banning and Termination Policy
An affiliate may be banned and their partnership terminated for:
- Spamming links.
- Misrepresentation of Unity My Academy.
- Engaging in illegal activities.
- Sharing confidential information with competitors.
- Harassment or disruptive behavior.
Unity My Academy reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at its discretion under appropriate circumstances.
Non-Disparagement and Non-Defamation
Affiliates agree not to make disparaging or defamatory remarks about Unity My Academy, its employees, or its partners. Any violation will lead to termination of the affiliate agreement.
Confidentiality
Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Unity My Academy. They agree not to share or disclose any such information outside of their promotional activities for Unity My Academy. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
- Customer data.
- Sales information.
- Product plans and specifications.
Warrants
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees of Unity My Academy. Unity My Academy is not responsible for the actions or promotional methods used by its affiliates, provided they adhere to these legal policies.
This policy ensures clarity and accountability for both affiliates and Unity My Academy, creating a professional and structured affiliate program.
